A Busy Two Weeks! WPPI, Weddings, and More!
Hi Everyone!!!
Wow, what a busy past two weeks we have had! In the past two weeks, we have shot Mary & Luke’s wedding on March 14th on Daufuskie Island, flown to Las Vegas to attend WPPI, stayed in Las Vegas for Anna’s Sister’s, Kathleen’s wedding, flew back, and now Anna is in Montreal! Craziness! On top of all of this, we’ve been designing a new website, creating new video material for our website, designing and just starting the construction of our photobooth to be finished in a couple of weeks, and of course editing & uploading the photographs for Luke & Mary’s wedding (they should be up by Monday – we hit a small hiccup in uploading).
So, to start from the beginning, first I’ll talk about Luke & Mary’s wedding. When I posted before with their slideshow, it was around midnight – and we had to be at the airport around 6:30AM. So, needless to say, I didn’t have much time to really write a thoughtful post.
Luke & Mary’s wedding was absolutely beautiful! The overcast day resulted in some gorgeous photographs in a simply stunning location. All the guests were on the
So, the next day after the wedding, we drove back up to
First up in Vegas, WPPI – Wedding & Portrait Photographers International. We got a chance to meet a lot of great photographers and get introduced to some new products we’ll be offering soon. Of course, the speakers at this convention are some of the very best in the nation – it was really great hearing their take on artistic photography and the photographic industry.

Here is one of the albums we'll be offering soon! We are pretty happy with this new company here -
they have albums with a more unique feel than many others.
Here's one of the albums with a bamboo cover.
We were going through one of the hotels/casinos and came across a Chihuly Exhibit!

One last thing I wanted to share – our photobooth. We’ve had a few people asking us about it and what it will look like. So, I wanted to share a couple of sketch drawings we have at the moment. It really is going to be a pretty neat photobooth. We’ve had requests for it to allow more people inside the booth … so, our answer to this is to make it be able to split in half. With this ability, we can adapt it to whatever the couple wants. Also, it will break down into its own carrying box. Oh, and the look – we are going to have a spin off of an old phone booth. It will be extremely functional and unique. I’ll post pictures of it as soon as it is finished.
