TWO PRIMARY PHOTOGRAPHERS
We want to emphasize that we are two primary photographers. We’re equals not only as a husband & wife, but also as photographers. This means that, if needed, each of us could handle a wedding as a principle photographer independently. This results in far more photographs than is typical with a single primary photographer and a second shooter (we deliver 1,500-3000+ photographs on average for a wedding). Really, we simply love working together. We love being able to glance over and capture a complementary image to the other’s photograph - to be a team documenting the day.
We developed our style and approach together. Because our images are so consistent with each other, occasionally we even forget who shot which photograph. We sometimes even enjoy a friendly competition - trying to see who gets the best image or angle of a singular moment.
FOR POSTERITY
Occasionally, we're asked if we capture posed photographs or portraits, especially family groupings and shots of the couple together, aware of the camera...
The answer: absolutely!
This is part of documenting your wedding as well. We typically take group photographs after the ceremony or after a first look with the bride & groom, their family, and bridal party.
Our goal is to be as efficient as possible while still capturing the groupings that time allows.

We typically take just a few minutes for photographs of the couple together - away from the flurry of the wedding day. While some couples opt to extend this time for more extensive sessions, others prefer to keep it short and sweet, allowing them to swiftly return to their celebration. Your preferences guide our approach, and we're delighted to accommodate whatever suits you best.
