St. Simon's Island & the Golden Isles

A little bit of background - Anna and I were married on St. Simon's Island, GA on December 31, 2005. We absolutely loved the location. However, it really was hard to find a good photographer in that area. Also, we have family there. My grandmother Augusta Carruth, Uncle & Aunt Claire & Wade Carruth, & my mother, Zaidee Carruth Clark. (My full name is Spencer Carruth Clark). Oh, I cannot forget to mention our cousins there - Wade Carruth, III and Katherine Carruth.

At any rate, we have great family down there & really enjoy the area. With all of this in mind, we've decided to start offering our photography in the St. Simon's Area!! This will include anywhere from Savannah, GA to Jacksonville, FL. The main islands that we will be focusing to get our name out in are Jeckyll Island, Tybee Island, St. Simon's Island, & Sea Island. We are absolutely excited to be offering photography in these areas. The islands are absolutely beautiful. We might even offer coverage on Cumberland Island - now that would be a destination wedding (if you haven't ever been there, I really suggest going - I am not really sure if they allow weddings on the island, but it sure is a great place to visit).

This upcoming week (Feb. 23 - March 1 or so) I will be on St. Simon's Island & in Brunswick, GA visiting to celebrate my birthday & my mother's birthday (February 26th & 27th) & meeting vendors in the area. I'm sure that I will come back with plenty of pictures from Cumberland Island, St. Simon's Island, and everywhere else.
